Bruce W. Runnfeldt
Founder & President
Bruce Runnfeldt has extensive experience in all aspects of training, development and consulting. He has provided creative solutions to training and developmental needs on a wide variety of topics including basic managerial skills, communications, interpersonal relationships, customer/guest relations and team-building. He has developed and implemented numerous corporate wide programs, including performance appraisals, employee involvement strategies, and management development systems. His consultation to executives and managers has provided new approaches to many different issues resulting in increased individual and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to founding Inner Change Inc., Bruce served as Corporate Director of Training and Development for Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Corporate Manager of Training and Development for Helene Curtis Industries, and worked as a Training Consultant for Abbott Laboratories and Organizational Consultants, Inc. In addition to this corporate experience, Bruce served as a member of adjunct graduate faculty in Management and Organizational Behavior at Illinois Benedictine University and the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. He has also provided staff training and developmental programs for a variety of governmental and not-for-profit organizations, including The U.S. Dept. of Justice, Easter Seals of Metropolitan Chicago, The Juvenile Protective Association and the Office of Technology and Intellectual Property at the University of Chicago.
Bruce is a graduate of North Park University in Chicago, Illinois and received his Master of Science degree in Administration and Organizational Behavior from George Williams College in Downer's Grove, Illinois.
Jackie is a seasoned executive coach and consultant, specializing in enhancing ability to achieve significant results and greater well-being through how clients engage others, communicate, and cultivate relationships. Jackie has over 25 years’ experience in executive coaching, leadership development, communication and transformation consulting and journalism. She has served leaders, teams and groups at privately-held, nonprofit and Fortune 500 firms in a variety of industries, including academia, manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical, medical, medical products, publishing, consumer products, and retail. Jackie wrote the Executive Coach column for Executive Travel, an American Express Publishing/Time Inc. magazine for five years, and has written for many publications, including Leadership in Action, the Center for Creative Leadership magazine. She is certified to use the Center’s assessment tools. Jackie has a B.A. in political science from the University of Illinois at Chicago, has completed graduate work at Columbia College, and numerous leadership, communication, facilitation and coaching trainings. She completed Mastering the Art of Professional Coaching in 1994, and has two coach certifications including the elite Master Certified Coach designation from the International Coach Federation. She has served on the program committee for the Network of Executive Women’s Annual Leadership Summit and on the advisory board of Working Mother Media’s Multicultural Town Halls.

Upon graduation from Marquette University, Tom entered the field of advertising sales with Gateway Outdoor Advertising. He then moved to 3M media, a leader in out-of-home advertising. While at 3M, Tom became interested in training and continuing education. This interest led him to a non-profit organization dedicated to interpersonal skills training. In his eight years there, Tom honed his classroom skills and was promoted to Chicago Center Director, where he was responsible for marketing, training and certifying new instructors. Tom has over 20 years experience working with professionals in leadership communication. He is authorized to administer, coach and train with MBTI. Tom is a certified ChangeWorks Professional, and holds certifications in Non Profit Management at Roosevelt University and in ASTD Training. He is a leadership communication specialist in the areas of: Influence, Sales, Presentation, Negotiation, Personal and Professional Development, and Performance Coach.
Breanna is a dynamic and results driven consultant with over 10 years of holistic experiences in all aspects of business operations, sales, marketing, and managing multi-unit teams in consumer package goods, retail and various industries. Scope of businesses scales from SMB, regional, national and Fortune 500 companies with annual revenue from $1M to $60M. Her talent lies in evaluating market needs, discovering potential opportunities and identifying new sales initiatives to meet client's business development objectives. Her ability to create sales process to streamline businesses through multiple channels and innovate new sales tools and marketing techniques has yielded double digit growth. She works with client's leadership team to develop sales tactics and lead programs based on customer feedback and company vision. Breanna holds 2 degrees at The University of Illinois.
